Taji Nicole Hall, 28, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed Wednesday November 23, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born in Wheeling on November 16, 1988, a daughter of Robert Hall and Nancy Asbury. Taji was a 2007 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She was known for her contagious smile, and her love of family that was Alwayz Promise, Forever N Alwayz. In addition to her parents, she is survived by brothers: Troy and Tyler Powell, and a sister TaNia Powell, all of the home.
