Talon Hunter Richardson - Piper, 3 months old., died at home Saturday November 7, 2009 surrounded by his loving family. He was born at Martins Ferry, Ohio on July 17, 2009, a son of Charles L. Piper III and April A. Richardson Piper. He is preceded in death by Great Grandparents: Howard Mitchell, Goldie Richardson, John F. Whitacre Sr., and Gary A. Beck; a sister: Eternity Rain Piper and a cousins, Aireonna Piper, Haley Piper and great uncle Wayne Coulter. In addition to his parents, Talon is survived by brothers Trent Piper and Logan Charnock; sisters: Deanna and Mckenzie Piper and Skylar Hoskins; grandparents: Marcia and Gary Beck, Beth and Frank Twardoski, Chuck and Kathy Piper, all of Bridgeport, Tom and Joyce Richardson of Tiltonsville, also great grandparents Mary Whitacre of Colerain, Norman Richardson of Yorkville, Alice Mitchell of Virgina; Aunts and Uncles: Tari and Frank Smith, Christie and Rich Perisnger and Veronica Twardoski, all of Martins Ferry, Eric Richardson of Bridgeport, Ashley Fisher of Wheeling, Cousins: Madissian, Frank, Shailyn Smith of Martins Ferry; Jason Michael Schnelle Jr. of Wheeling, Caden and Zack Richardson of St. Clairsville and Kristina and Ryan Richardson. Friends will be received Wednesday November 11, 2009 from 10 until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Interment will follow at High Ridge Cemetery, Bellaire.
