Tammy Ann Talbott, 59, of Jacobsburg, Ohio passed away at Wheeling Hospital on March 13, 2023.  She was born in Barnesville, Ohio on February 24, 1964 to the late Robert C. and Edith G. Poole.

Tammy was a homemaker who loved spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.  She was a Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed watching the games with her cat, Norma.

Left to cherish her memory are her best friend and husband, Carl Jr. Talbott; children, Christa (Aaron) Ackerman, Carla Ayers, Craig (Angie) Ayers, Carl Snodgrass; grandchildren, McKenzie, Brynlee, Kolson, Jagger, Blade, Meadow, Christian, CJ, and Nevaeh.

All services are private and held at the convenience of the family.  Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main St., Bethesda, Ohio 43719, is assisting the family.
