Thelma I. Shaffer, 99, of Pataskala, OH, formerly of Dillonvale, died March 3, 2019 at Tuscany Gardens Nursing Home.  She was born November 7, 1919 in Smithfield, OH, a daughter of the late Charles and Rachel (Thomas) Fellows.  Thelma was a Methodist by faith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Shaffer; children, Paul Shaffer, Albert Shaffer, Alberta Vojacek, Linda Heuberger, Ruth Morelli; siblings, Charles Fellows, Gladys Stone, Elma Bowman, and Goldie Fellows.  She is survived by her children, Howard (Phyllis) Shaffer of Titusville, FL, Charles (Mary Joyce) Shaffer of Follston, N.C.; sisters, Ethel Fromm of Columbus, Ruth Gotschall of Adena, Ohio; daughter-in-laws, Elsie and Mary Ann Shaffer; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.  Friends will be received Monday, March 11th from 10am until time of service 1pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 2nd St. Dillonvale, OH 43917.  Funeral service at 1pm with Pastor James Hoff officiating.  Interment to follow at Northern Cemetery, Smithfield.  To offer online condolences visit wilsonfuneralhomes.com.
