Thelma V. Zogg Thelma Virginia Mort Zogg, 89, of Pearl St., Martins Ferry, OH, died Fri., Dec. 20, 2002 at East Ohio Regional Long Term Care, Martins Ferry. She was born Apr. 13, 1913 in Follansbee, WV the daughter of the late David and Mamie Huddy Mort. She was a retired clerk from the Martins Ferry City Auditors Office, a member of the First Christian Church, and the former Business and Professional Women's Club both of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Zogg and two sisters Gladys M. Mort and Margaret A. Gardner. Friends will be received Sun. 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry where services will be held Mon. Dec. 23, 2002 at 1:00 PM with Minister Rod Kasler officiating. Burial follows in Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee, WV.
