TOGETHER AGAIN: Thelma Polomik, 81, of St. Clairsville formerly of Wolfhurst died Saturday December 5, 2015 at Forest Hills Retirement Center St. Clairsville. She was born August 8, 1934 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Michael Sr. and Kathryn (Rothermund) Stanton. She was a Nurse, a housewife, also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, and the Catholic Daughters. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband William V. Polomik Sr, a son James Polomik, and three brothers Michael Jr. Myles and Timothy Stanton. Thelma is survived by two sons William V. Polomik Jr. and his fiancAC.e Lori Joris of Taylor Michigan, and Joseph (Kim) Polomik of Blaine, three Brothers Mark (Daliah) Stanton, of Bridgeport, David Stanton of Martins Ferry, and Jerry Stanton of Wheeling, two grandsons Brian, and Matthew Polomik, and one great granddaughter Amber Polomik, a sister-in-law Mary Ann Stanton of Bridgeport. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Tuesday December 8, 2015 from 4-8 pm, with the Catholic Daughters service at 3:45 pm Wake service to be recited at 4 pm at the Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, with F. John Mucha as Celebrant, interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Wheeling.
