Theresa Cole Theresa I. (Steller) Cole, 83, of Rayland, OH, died Sept. 5, 2003 at home. She was born Mar. 5, 1920 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late George and Lucy V. Haines Steller. Services were held Mon., Sept. 8, 2003 at 9:00 AM with Rev. Van D. Fisher officiating. Burial followed Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
