Thomas E. Bailey, 63, of N. 7th, St., Martins Ferry, OH died Nov. 17, 2005 at home. He was born Nov. 27, 1941 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late George W. and Elizabeth R. (Reiter) Bailey. He was retired from the Yorkville Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, a veteran of the U. S. Army Reserve, and a Lutheran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother James Bailey. Surviving is a friend Roger Rusiecki of Tiltonsville, OH.
