TOGETHER AGAIN:

Thomas Louis Collette, Sr. 81 of Bridgeport passed away Friday, May 24, 2024, at Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center Bridgeport.  He was born April 8, 1943, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Bert and Louise (Asairo) Collette.

He was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel – Martins Ferry Plant as a truck driver, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wolfhurst, the Lansing Sportsman Club, Bridgeport Foresters, and a veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Millie Ann Collette in 2022 and brother Bert Collette.

Surviving are his children, Donnie Collette of Barnesville, Thomas Collette, Jr. of Bridgeport, Christine Pomaranski, Penny Collette both of St. Clairsville, sisters, Donna Cook of Martins Ferry, Mary Jo Collette of FL., sister-in-law, Diane Collette of Bridgeport, seven grandchildren, Chante Adams, Megan Nickerson, Jessie Kuprowicz, Mandi Hillard, Brenen Colette, six great-grandchildren, Brett and Hannah Kuprowicz, Maddie and Jackson Hillard, Callie Adams, and Amelia "Millie" Nickerson.

In keeping with Tom's wishes there will be no visitation and private interment will be at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.  Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio 43912 is assisting the family.
