Thomas Eugene Williams, 64, of Bellaire, Ohio and formerly of Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed Monday January 27, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born February 3, 1949, a son of the late Cleveland and Margaret Ann Cousin Williams. He was a retired employee of Wheeling Machine; a U.S. Air Force Vietnam veteran; and a member of Pilgrim's Rest Church, Bellaire. Thomas is survived by sisters: Shirley Ann Williams, Geraldine Williams, both of Bellaire; and Gladys Marie Goodwin of Columbus, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Friday January 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Robert Ellsworth officiating. Military Honors at the funeral home at 11:00a.m. by Belmont County Veterans Association. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery, Blaine, Ohio.
