Thomas G. "Hawk" Kelly Jr. passed away Wednesday September 4, 2024, at Liza's Place Valley Hospice South, Wheeling, WV. He was born April 25, 1964, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Thomas G. Sr and Margaret "Marge (Ellis) Kelly.

He was the Assistant Water Superintendent for Martins Ferry, a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church Martins Ferry, a former employee of Crummitt Vault Co. and Heslop Funeral Home. Tom was a past Martins Ferry Fire Chief and a member of Liberty Fire Company. Tom was also Commander of the sons of the Legion Post #38.

Hawk is survived by his loving wife Leslie (Cash) Kelly, a daughter Kaylynn (Keven) Yates, and a son Jason (Jamie) Cash, his sisters Particia (Terry) Morrison, Evelyn (Jerry) Wilson, and a brother Todd (Lori) Kelly, six grandchildren, Jadyn, and Josie Cash, Keven, Colin, Myla, and Layla Yates.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry, on Friday September 6, 2024, from 2-8 pm, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 am, with Pastor Justin Hill officiating, interment at Riverview Cemetery Martins Ferry. Fire Department services will be held on Friday at 7:30pm at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to either Valley Hospice 10686 St. Rt. 150 Rayland, Ohio 43943, or the Martins Ferry Fire Department 35 South 5th St. Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935.
