Thomas Eugene Leach, 56 of Wheeling, WV passed away at his residence on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. He was born on August 12, 1965, in Martins Ferry the son of the late Walter and Verzella Jean (Marsh) Leach.

He was catholic by faith and a member of the Cathedral of St. Joseph in downtown Wheeling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Fred A. and Sarah E. Marsh.

Tom is survived by his sister Debbie (Donald)Leach-Rogers of Cadiz and brother John Leach of WV, special cousin Karen Bandi of Bridgeport, nephews; Jason K. Jako, Donald L. Rogers Dalton Leach and niece Lexie Leach, great niece and nephew Jordan and Jayden Jako, and longtime friend Debbie Hood.

In keeping with Tom's wishes all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry is assisting the family.
