Thomas W. Riser IV, 35, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at his residence. He was born Jan. 9, 1979 in Wheeling, WV a son of Thomas W. Riser, III of Wheeling and Kimberly (Wensyel) Riser of Martins Ferry. Tom was a Teaching Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh in the French Dept. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donald R. and Ruth Ann Wensyel and paternal grandfather, Thomas W. Riser, Jr. Surviving in addition to his father and mother are his brother, Jamie Riser, sister, Jennifer Riser, paternal grandmother, Shirley (Phillips) Riser and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
