Thomas E. Wilson Thomas E. Wilson, 65, of Deland, FL, formerly of Houston, TX and Martins Ferry, OH died Sat., Oct. 18, 2003 at Deland Hospital, Deland, FL. He was born Jun. 26, 1938 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Raymond H. and Gladys (Doughty) Wilson. Tom was a retired respiratory therapist. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Deland, Citizens of Patrol, Morton Ranch, and Masonic Lodge F. & A. M. of Richmond, FL. and was a volunteer chaplain at Florida Hospital. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Robert "Shorty" Wilson. Surviving are a son Tom (Christina) Wilson and a daughter Marie Cooper all of Katy, TX, three sisters Betty Beck of Moundsville, WV, Jean Sabo of Martins Ferry, and Laverna ( Evert) Mills of Deland and a granddaughter Caeley. Private services were held at the convenience of the family and burial was held in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
