Thomas W. Younkins, Sr., 95, of Bellaire, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Country Club Retirement Center, Bellaire, OH. He was born January 28, 1921 in Fair Chance, PA a son of the late George and Catherine (Hughes) Younkins. He was retired from the former Picoma Industries. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry and the D.A.V. of Bellaire. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army WW II. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna V. (Yeater) Younkins, his second wife, Marguerite "Marge" (Tittle) Younkins, sons: David L. Younkins and Bruce A. Younkins; brothers: Floyd, Harry, Walter, Edward, Robert and Charles, sisters; Clara Bobo, Nell Miller, Wilda Riddle, Geraldine Tulbure and Mary Everley and grandchildren; David L. Younkins, Jr and April Vah. Surviving are his children; Sandra (David) Milovac of Bellaire, Marla (Kevin) Harris of Manassas, VA and Thomas W. (Janice) Younkins, Jr. of Dillonvale, OH, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren and daughters-in-law; Becky Younkins and Susan Ratiaczak. Family and friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 pm where services will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
