Tina Ann Scelsi. of Smithfield, Ohio, passed away on May 22nd, 2012. She was born on November 4th, 1955 in Reading, PA, the daughter of Daniel J. and Shirley D. Scelsi. She is remembered by many as a helpful and caring person.Tina was a loyal and hard worker in area group homes for nearly 15 yrs.She is survived by two sisters, Danelle Perkins, Lizabeth Kimmal and their families, of Salisbury, MD.A Memorial Service will be held in Ocean City, MD.
