Obituary

Titiliea "Grams" Burns 95 of Shadyside, died Tuesday January 17, 2012 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born August 23, 1916 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Dennis and Anisiea (Budac) Gherasin. She was a retired employee of L.S.Good & Co. Wheeling, and the Fashion Manor in Martins Ferry, a member of the Lincoln Ave. United Methodist Church in Shadyside where she was a former Sunday School Teacher, and the Four Leaf Clover both of the Church, also a member of the over 50 Club of Shadyside. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Clyde E. Burns, sisters Hilda Henderson, and Virginia Rice. Grams is survived by her daughter; Barbara ("Rusty") Cunningham of Martins Ferry, a son; Dr. Dennis A. (Lora) Burns of Pinehurst North Carolina formerly of Columbus, two sisters Jennie (George) Villee of Beaver PA., and Betty Miles of Charleston WV., grandchildren Heather R. (Charles "Chuck") Gall, Kristopher Patrick Vargo, step grandchildren; Shad, Erin, and Ethan Cunningham, great grandchildren; Kayleygh Ann Vargo, Alexandra Ann Gall, Morgan Shae Vargo, William Kristapher Gall, step great granddaughter; Audrina Joy Empeno, also several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Friday January 20, 2012 from 2-9 pm, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 am with Rev Randy Weaver officiating, interment in Union Cemetery St. Clairsville.
