Toby Ann Woodland, 74, of Barnesville, Ohio, died December 6, 2014 at Barnesville Hospital. She was born July 18, 1940 in Woodsfield, Ohio, daughter of the late Wilda Steed Phillips Shields. She was retired from Watt Car Wheel and was a homemaker. She married Donald D. Woodland on August 5, 1956. Her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her two pets were the joys of her life. She always enjoyed playing cards. Toby is survived by her three children; Craig (Kaye) Woodland of Coshocton, Bruce (Carolyn) Woodland of Bethesda, and Linda Sue Woodland of Barnesville; six grandchildren; Jennifer Gahagan, Kristen (CJ) Kemp, Jeremy (Jean) Woodland, Becky (Brandon) Eddy, Bethany Wayble, and Joey Woodland; great-grandchildren, Tyler Gahagan, Connor, Bryson, and Gracie Eddy; along with her constant companions, Drizzy and Cooper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Woodland on February 2, 2012; four brothers, Paul R. Madison and Harold R. Phillips both of Woodsfield, William H. Phillips of Texas, John T.
