Tonya Darlene Kelley 66 of Martins Ferry passed away December 26, 2022, at the Forest Hills Health Care Center in St. Clairsville.  She was born November 9, 1956, the daughter of the late Prosper Edward and Dolores (Stephens) Kelley, Jr.

Tonya was a retired from the Nursing Home System as a dietary aide and housekeeper.  She was Christian by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Louann Kelley-Lewis, brother; James Kelley, sister; Mildred Kelley, and brother-in-law; Tom Miller.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons; John (Mary) Simkovich III of Shadyside and Edward L. Kelley of Martins Ferry, grandchildren; John, Jesse, Leah, great-grandchildren; Kevin, Abigail, Nate and Alex, siblings; Prosper (Beverly) Kelley, III, Arthur (Shirley) Kelley, Dolores (Earl) Bailey, Sharon Miller, Deborah (Hoby) Saffell, and her fur-baby Shadow.

Family will receive friends on Monday, January 2, 2022, from 4-8pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH., and on Tuesday, January 3, 2022, from 10 till time of service at 11am.  Burial to follow at the Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, with Earl Bailey officiating.
