Tyrone A. Battistone, 58 of Wheeling Island, Wheeling, WV, died Sunday Apr. 24, 2011 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. He was born Jul. 12, 1952 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Londi and Virginia A. (Serb) Battistone. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Vietnam War and a Catholic. Surviving are his wife Sharon (Hoff) Battistone, his daughter Leah Comas of Bridgeport, OH, two brothers David (JoAnn) Reese of Omaha, NE and Anthony (Vickie) Battistone of Martins Ferry, a sister Judith (Renick) Minor of St. Clairsville, OH, and six grandchildren.
