Valerie Y. (Cutlip) Kreusch, 72, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, August 15, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling. She was born November 6, 1943 in Lumberport, WV a daughter of the late Hartsel and Lenna (Lindsey) Cutlip. Val was a former employee of Dawson's Meat Market of Wheeling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. "Bill" Kreusch and sisters; Collette Smith and Marlene Baker. Surviving are her son, James Donald Cutlip and his partner Helen Steed of Wheeling, sisters; Margo Faulkner of St. Clairsville, OH and Brenda Wakeling of Morgantown, WV and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Thursday, August 18, 2016, 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
