Veronica D. Powley 76 of Dillonvale Ohio died Wednesday April 21, 2010 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville. She was born February 9, 1934 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Harry and Martha (Marsley) Basluka. She was a member of St. Adalbert's Catholic Church in Dillonvale. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Cecilia DiCola and a brother Harry Basluke. Veronica is survived by a daughter Pamela Rager and her Husband Wayne of Dillonvale, a special niece Tonya Elbert, a caring Great Nephew Tyler Moore, two brothers and five sisters. Private Service was held at the convince of the family interment in Highland Cemetery Mt. Pleasant Msgr. John Kolesar Officiated.
