Moravick, Victor, 92, formerly of Lansing, Ohio, passed Thursday February 7, 2013 at Summit Villa, Tallmage, Ohio. He was born in Widen, W.Va., on September 26, 1920, a son of the late Mike and Anna Marosk Moravick. Victor was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel; and a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Prini DeNegri Moravick; and a daughter Nancy Moravick. Victor is survived by his daughter Vicki Garzich and her husband John of Tallmage, Ohio; a brother Joseph (Katherine) Moravick of St. Clairsville, Ohio; sisters: Irene Durda of Parma Heights, Ohio and Mary Feachen of California; two grandchildren: Carrie Garzich of Silver Spring, MD., and Jessica Brister of Charlotte, NC. Friends will be received Sunday 1 to 4 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Karen Torrez, officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the VFW Belmont County Honor Guard at 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
