Victor J. Neilson, 57, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born December 11, 1954 in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of the late Robert W. Neilson and Goldie Blake Neilson. He enjoyed watching his sons, Josef in the band and Erik playing football. He was an avid NASCAR fan. Victor served his county in the U.S. Air Force. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Donnie and Brad Neilson; and sister, Elaine Senften. Victor is survived by his sons, Erik A. and Josef R. Neilson, both of St. Clairsville, Ohio; sisters, Linda (George) Schoeppner, Elizabeth (Jim) Mayle, and Bertie Coberly; and brothers, Robert (Jayne) Neilson, Richard (Eunice) Neilson , and Covert (Shelly) Neilson. Friends may visit, Sunday 12 to 2 p.m. at Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio where services will be conducted, following visitation at 2 p.m. Pastor Robert Merritt officiating.
