Victoria M. Mista Victoria M. "Vickie" Renowicz Mista, 89, formerly of Terrace St., Martins Ferry, OH died Mon., Apr. 14, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care, Martins Ferry. She was born Mar. 22, 1914 in Sweden a daughter of the late Matthew and Helen Yonak Renowicz. Vickie was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America, and the Madonna Crusaders all of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers Louis, Edward "Teddy", Chester, and Albert Renowicz. Surviving are her husband John J. Mista, three daughters Helen Prezkop and her husband John J. of Wheeling, Mary Ann Murphy and her husband Charles J. of Mansfield, OH, and Janie Warsinskey and her husband James B. of Wheeling, ten grandchildren including James Prezkop and Tammy Weir, Katherine M. Prezkop, Christine Churilla and her husband Greg, Suzanne Whelan and her husband Tom, Amy Prezkop, Lisa Prezkop, Christopher J. Murphy, Edward A. Murphy, Thomas C. Murphy and his wife Sara, and James Justin Warsinskey, and six great grandchildren. Friends will be received Tue. 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Wed., Apr. 16, 2003 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Revs. Thomas Magary and George Coyne officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Rosary devotions will be recited Tue. at 3:00 PM followed by Wake services at 7:30 PM both in the funeral home.
