Violet L. "Pat" (Kinchy) Michaels, 86, formerly of Grant St., Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Dec. 8, 1921 in Rayland, OH a daughter of the late Adam and Martha (Toth) Kinchy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Coy Michaels, three brothers, and two sisters. Surviving are her daughter Patricia M. Torbett of Fombell, PA, two step-sons Coy (Bonnie ) Michaels of Martins Ferry and Michael Michaels of Bucyrus, OH, a brother William (Bernice) Kinchy of Cleveland, OH, a sister Helen Stefani of St. Clairsville, OH, three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH, Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008 from Noon until time of Memorial Services at 2:00 pm with Rev. Thomas N.
