. Virginia I. Neitzelt of Ashley Ohio formerly of Martins Ferry died Wednesday September 26, 2012 at Ashley Manor Nursing Home, Ashley, Ohio. She was born July 30, 1922 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Emma (Nowak) Beck. She was a retired school teacher for Bridgeport School District where she taught business education. She also taught at Follansbee High School, and was a member of the 1st Methodist Church Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, William O. Neitzelt in 1986, and a brother Frank A. Beck Jr. Virginia is survived by a daughter Karen (Daniel) White of Hilliard, two sons Alan (Stephanie) Neitzelt of Peterbougher England, and Gary (Cindy) Neitzelt of Circleville, Ohio, and eight grandchildren. According to Virginia's wishes there will be no visitation and private interment will be at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
