Virginia J. (Oliver) Kramer, 90, of N. 7th St., Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, June 17, 2010 at her home. She was born June 1, 1920 in Jackson, OH a daughter of the late George F. and Cornelia E. (Sharp) Oliver. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Martins Ferry, OH and the former Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post # 3613. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Kramer, a daughter Lori Ann Kramer, five sisters Margaret Becker, Phyllis Donahue Roberta Kiss, Mary Catherine Dorsey, and Evelyn Risden, and a grandson Jason Robson. Surviving are two sons F. Michael "Mickey" (Sue) Kramer, and Bruce (Joan Ellen) Kramer both of Martins Ferry, three daughters Cindy Robson of Key, OH, Nancy (Gary) Hudson of Woodsfield, OH, and Wendy Jo Kramer of Martins Ferry, eleven grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH, Monday, June 21, 2010, from 11:00 am until time of Memorial Service at 1:00 pm with Rev. Thomas N.
