Virginia (Svinarich) Roberts Virginia Svinarich Eggett Roberts, 87, of Wayne Hayes Towers, Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Scio, OH died Mon., March 3, 2003 at Sunset Health Care, Harrisville, OH. She was born July 21, 1915 in Warwood, WV a daughter of the late John and Sophia (Hufera) Svinarich. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Frank Eggett, her second husband Bernard E. Roberts, three brothers Albert, Martin, and Edward Rich and a sister Elizabeth Cruciotti. Surviving are three daughters Sue Wilson of Sunset Heights, Sarah Damron of Marietta, OH and Ethel Givens of Wheeling, WV, two sisters Helen Nipar and Sophia Bluco, eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, a sister-in-law Marge Rich, and a cousin Eva Hayes. Friends will be received Wed. 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thur., Mar. 6, 2003 at 1:00 PM with Rev.
