Virginia (Sickle) Winters, 83, of St. Clairsville, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Liza's Place, Valley Hospice South, Wheeling, WV. She was born April 30, 1936 in Spencer, WV the daughter of the late Ernest W. and Freedie (Summers) Sickle.

Virginia was the retired co-owner/operator of the former Winters's Gift & True Value Hardware and a member of First United Methodist Church both of Martins Ferry.

Surviving are her husband, Robert A. "Bob" Winters, her children: Brenda (Joe) Leluika, Palm Coast, FL, Mark (Lea) Winters, Shadyside, OH, Vicki (Rick) Riebold, Powell, OH and Tracy (Steve) Dupps, Pataskala, OH, her brother, Jim (Rose) Sickle, Traverse City, MI, grandchildren: Justin (Andrea) Leluika, Nicholas (Charlotte) Leluika, Ashley (Natalie) Winters, Ridge (Kirsti) Riebold, Jade Riebold, Collin Dupps and Cassidy Dupps and great grandchildren: Magdalena, Grayson, Merritt, Lydia, Joshua, Savannah, Ridge, Jr., Colt and Raider.
