Vivian E. O'Toole Vivian E. Brandfass O'Toole, 80, of S. Zane Hwy., Martins Ferry, OH died Mon. Feb. 17, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Sept. 9, 1922 in Bellaire a daughter of the late Charles H. and Elsie C. Moffitt Brandfass. She was retired from the former WB & W Trucking Company of Wheeling, WV and a member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward C. O'Toole. Friends will be received Thursday 4-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Fri., Feb. 21, 2003 at 11:00 AM with Minister Terry Erwin officiating. Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
