Smith, Vivian Mae, 89 of Martins Ferry, died Wednesday August 7, 2013 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born October 29, 1923 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Albert Ross and Naomi (Dietch) Trouten. Vivian was a member of the Meadowbrook Church of God. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Albert "Duck" Trouten. She is survived by a daughter Carolyn Closser of Yorkville, a granddaughter Heather Lynn (Michael) Waggoner of Toronto, a great grandson Andrew Michael Waggoner, also several nieces and nephews.
