WADE E.W. VAN HORN Wade E.W. Van Horn, 38, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly, November 5, 2018.  Born February 10, 1980 in Wheeling, West Virginia, he was the son of John Van Horn and the late Sheila Schlanz. In addition to his mother, Sheila, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Devan Candra Jamison Van Horn; paternal grandmother, Mary Van Horn; and maternal grandparents, Jim and Sarah Schlanz. Wade will never be forgotten by those who survive; his daughter, Sidney Jean Van Horn; sister, Crystal Van Horn of St. Clairsville, Ohio; brother, Jay (Nicole) Van Horn of Bethesda, Ohio; nieces and nephews, Harlee Owens, Xavier, Haley, and Jaxon Van Horn; and numerous aunts and uncles. An adventurous guy, Wade liked mudding and going to creeks to enjoy their beauty, relaxing nature, and their quietness. In keeping with Wade and his family's wishes, there will be not visitation or service.  A private family interment will take place at a later date.
