Walter Edwin Danver, Jr. Walter Edwin Danver, Jr., 49, of Cooper City, FL, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, Akron, OH, and Shreveport, LA, died Sun., Mar. 16, 2003 at Westside Regional Medical Center, Plantation, FL after a lengthy illness. He was born Aug. 9, 1953 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Walter E. and Marla Jean McFarland Danver, Sr. He was the founder and owner of the former Technical Fasteners, Inc. and a member of the Jaycees both of Shreveport. Surviving are his wife of 30 years Patricia Bier Danver, a son Walter E. Danver, III and his wife Sherri of Albuquerque, NM, a daughter Christina M. Danver of Cooper City, FL, and two brothers John H. Danver of Shreveport and Kevin L. Danver of Akron. Friends will be received Fri. 4-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Sat., March 22, 2003 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating. Internment will follow at the convenience of the family.
