Walter Fowler, 79, of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born June 23, 1938 in Martins Ferry, OH.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran, a Photographer, and a Christian by faith.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Fowler.  Walter is survived by his son, Ross Fowler of Avon Lake, OH; daughter, Heidi (Jim) Weber of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Brittanie Fowler, Nicholas R.
