Walter Darnell "Nipsey" Johnson, 52, of Wheeling died Saturday January 11, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born April 28, 1961 in Wheeling, a son of ZoAnn (Wilks) Johnson Fields of Bridgeport and the late Walter B. Johnson. Walter was a member of the Wayman AME Church Wheeling. In addition to his mother Walter is survived by an aunt, an uncl, and a host of cousins, family, and friends. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Thursday January 16, 2014 from 11 am till time of memorial service at 1 pm, interment in Weeks Cemetery Bridgeport.
