Waneeda E. (Gray) Klatt, 100, of N. Eight St., Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday Nov. 17, 2012 at her residence. She was born Feb. 5, 1912 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Samuel A. and Mary Elizabeth (Bateman) Gray. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Chester A. Klatt and several brothers and sisters. Surviving are her son Albert E. (Carolyn) Klatt of Martins Ferry, three grandchildren David Klatt, Brenda Klatt Snyder, and Brian (Vicki) Klatt, and four great grandchildren Zachary and Samantha Snyder and Nathan and Christina Klatt. Friends will be received 3 - 8 pm Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012 at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. David Stammerjohn officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 400 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH or Valley Hospice, 308 Mt. St. Joseph Rd., Wheeling, WV 26003.
