Waneta V. (Albright) Hilligas, 82, formerly of Mt. Pleasant , OH died Tues., Dec. 30, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Mar. 6, 1921 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Richard and Ella (Blackmore) Albright. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband F. David Hilligas, a son Donald G. Hilligas, and a brother Wayne Albright. Surviving are three sons Charles H. (Jamie) Hilligas of Farmington, PA, David E. Hilligas of Las Vegas, NV, and Frank R. (Debbie) Hilligas of Colorado Springs, CO, a daughter Dana Sue Floyd of Phoenix, AZ, seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Friends will be received Fri. 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Sat., Jan. 3, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Leland Eilert officiating. Burial follows in Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, OH.
