Wayne Stewart, 71, of Lore City, OH passed away November 20th, 2019 at his home.  He was born November 20, 1948, in Flushing, OH, a son of Dorothy (Lawson) and the late Tillison J. Stewart.

Wayne was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Mingo Plant and was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.

In addition to his father, Wayne was preceded in death by his brother, Conrad Stewart.

Wayne is survived by his mother, Dorothy Stewart of Flushing; children, Christopher and Missy both of Flushing, Kylie Starkey of Martins Ferry, Lacey Stewart of Martins Ferry; siblings, Tillison E. Stewart, Randy Stewart, Geraldine Johnson, Madeline Burruss, Juanell Torrence, Sharon Kelley, Donna Alexander; four grandchildren, Liliana, Jayla, Roman II and Nyla; and companion, Terry Gerdau.

Friends will be received Tuesday, November 26 from 11a.m. until time of service at 2p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd. Bridgeport.  Funeral services at 2p.m. with Pastor James Hoff officiating.  Interment to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.  Military services at the cemetery by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
