Wendy L. Cross, 36, of 700 41st Bellaire, Oh. died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Ohio Valley Medical Center Wheeling. Daughter of the late Lou "James" and Rachel (Westen) Cross. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church of Bellaire and the Mt. Calvary Methodist Church in Moundsville. Wendy was a strong advocate of children with disabilities. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. She was a loving and devoted mother to Timmy (age 11) and Nicholas (age 19) Cross of Bellaire. In addition to her sons, she is survived by a sister Kriss Carter, two nieces Ashley and Amanda Carter, and two nephews Keith and Donald Carter. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service celebrating Wendy's life at the Wesleyan Church, 4424 Harrison St. Bellaire Oh. on Friday from 6 p.m. to time of service at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Wendy's name to Kriss Carter 110 St. Clair Ave. Mingo Junction Oh. 43938.
