Willard F. Marshall, 87 of St. Clairsville passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born August 16, 1934, in Short Creek, WV the son of the late Homer and Mildred (Raber) Marshall.

Willard was a retired Ironworker with Local #549, lifetime member of the NRA, and was a veteran of the US Army. Willard was a Baptist by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Bob, Ed and Roger Marshall, sisters, Gloria Ritter, and Ruth Marconi.

Willard is survived by his wife, Monika (Mossey) Marshall, three sons, Mitch Marshall of Lansing, Matt (Shelly) Marshall of Rockbridge, Oh., and Chris Vermillion of Georgia; his siblings Victor (Anna) Marshall and, Rose Ellen Bailer of Farmington and Lois Sharon Morris of Moundville, Al. He leaves behind several grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd, Brookside on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 11:00am at the Funeral Home, Rev. Dr. Brian Bee will be officiating. Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Military honors performed by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
