William H. "Bill" Barker 81 of Maple Street Barton died Friday September 17, 2010 at the home of his daughter. He was born July 13, 1929 in Martins Ferry a son of the late William and Thelma Tanner Barker. He was a retired carpenter with Local #212 in Cleveland, a 50 year member of the Bridgeport Eagles #995, and veteran of the US Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Bachie Barker, a brother Elwood Barker. Bill is survived by two daughters Donna Barker of Wexford Pa, and Debbie Kaiser and her husband Tim of St. Clairsville, three grandchildren Dr. Bill Barker of Wexford, Kelli West and her husband Alex, and Jodi Bungard and her husband Isaac both of Columbus, two great granddaughters Maggie and Kaitlynn West. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Monday September 20, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm where services will be held Tuesday at 11 am with Fr.
