William E. Thomas 85, of Bridgeport, died Thursday May 21 at his home. He was born February 22, 1935 in Riverview, Ohio a son of the late Frank J. Sr. and Lillian (Howard) Thomas.

Bill was retired from Zamoski Distributing, a Methodist by faith, and a US Marine.

Bill lover gardening, hunting, just walking in the woods and loved doing things for the neighbors.

In addition to his parents Bill was preceded in death by his siblings Frank Jr., and Harry Thomas, Lila Mae Neuman, Almed Byrd, Ruth Thomas, Betty Westfall, and Myra Rethey.

Bill is survived by his children Cheryl (David) Terry, and William (MeMe) Thomas, 3 grandchildren Billy, Chip and Johnny Thomas, his former wife, the love of his life and lifelong friend Norma (Smith) Frank, two special friends Don and Shirley Finsley.

According to Bill's wishes there will be no visitation and private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
