William George Brestle 86 formerly of Bridgeport, Ohio died Saturday August 27, 2011 at his home in Sand Springs, OK. He was born February 25, 1925 in Bridgeport, OH. He is the son of the late Harry Brues & Lena Luella Robb. Bill was a member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Thelma June Brestle in 2004, a brother Harry Robb Brestle 1994, a sister Mary Louise Valentine 1999, and a great grand child Isaac Andrew White 2002. He is survived by a sister, Edith Theresa Carlie, of Middleburg, Florida, two daughters, June (James) Jordan of Sand Springs, OK. and Patricia (Michael) Oliver of Etters, PA.; Five grand children, Sarah (Kenneth) White, James Aaron Jordan, Jeremiah Jay Jordan, Rebecca Michele Oliver, and Jamie Lynn (Alex) Robinson. There are eight great grand children, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Kylie, Janae, William, Cole, and Luke. Nieces and Nephews. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where funeral service will be conducted on Thursday September 1, 2011 at 11 AM, with son in law James Jordan officiating.
