William D. "Willie" Arman, 65, of Belmont, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away December 29th, 2019 at his home, ResCare Group Home in Belmont, OH.

He was born May 14, 1954, in Martins Ferry, OH, a son of the late Bill and Gertrude (Mosso) Arman.

Willie is survived by his cousins, Suzanne (James) Klatt of Martins Ferry, and Connie VanCamp of McMechen, WV.

Friends will be received Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd. Bridgeport, OH from 12pm until time of service at 2pm with Pastor Rod Kasler officiating.  Interment to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.

Willie's family would like to thank the staff at ResCare for the care and compassion they showed Willie.   Everyone at his home was like a member of his family. He loved and was loved by all.
