William DeGarmo, 70, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Wed., May 11, 2005 at Hearth & Care Nursing Home, Greenfield, OH. He was born Feb. 5, 1935 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Kenneth H. and Rachel (Davis) DeGarmo. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Surviving are his brother Kenneth "Bob" DeGarmo and his wife Ruth of Clarksville, OH. Friends will be received Friday, May 13, 2005 from 11AM until time of services at 1:00 PM with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH with military graveside services by the Belmont County Council of Veteran's of Foreign Wars.
