William Edward Duncan, 67, of Rayland, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024, in the OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. He was born on August 26, 1956, in Steubenville, a son of the late Robert and Kathryn (Cutshaver) Duncan. Bill retired after many years of service from the Cardinal Plant, where he was a former Union President. He loved his boys, enjoyed hunting, motorcycles and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Bill is survived by two sons, Jack (Rachel) Duncan and Shane (Sydney) Duncan; a sister, Patricia Pearson; and a granddaughter, Vera Duncan.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Sarah Duncan.

Friends may call Monday, March 18, 2024, from 12 – 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home. 154 Second St., Dillonvale.  A Memorial Service will be held Monday at 2 pm in the funeral home, with Pastor Ken Staley officiating.

There will be a luncheon held after the memorial visitation at Valley View Lodge on Briar Ridge in Dillonvale.
