William “Fred” Adams, 92, of Colerain passed away peacefully Sunday, August 9, 2026, with his loving family around him. He was born on November 3, 1933, the son of the late James E. and Olga (Horn) Adams.

Fred retired from Picoma Industries, Texarkana, TX, in 1985, as well as the Unified Bank in Martins Ferry, OH in 2025. He enjoyed Motorcycles, flying Airplanes, and fishing. He was a friendly man, with many friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Adams Osvich, and his brother James E. Adams, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Myra (Covington) Adams, sons, Michael Adams, Scott (Danielle) Adams, and Rodney Adams, grandchildren, Shae (Brian) Wilkison, Camden, Brendan, Lexi and Rory Adams, daughters, Sue (Bud) Simmons and Patsy (Cliff) Reynolds, grandchildren, Jill, Jordan, Charlotte, Kasie, Jeremiah, Colby and Brant, their grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister, Mary Wise of Moundsville, WV.

Memorial visitation will be Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 11 – 3pm, at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935. Funeral Service will be held at 2pm with Fr. Thomas Marut officiating.

Burial to follow at the convenience of the family at Holy Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
