William Edward Goff Jr., 81, of Bridgeport, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018, in East Ohio Regional Hospital.  He was born on August 20, 1937 in Wheeling the only child of the late, William E. and Mary (Foose) Goff Sr.  He was a member of St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, a veteran of the United States Army, was a retired police officer from the Bridgeport Police Department and enjoyed car shows and photography.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 61 years, Delma (Matz) Goff of Bridgeport; a son, William E. (Tara) Goff III of Shadyside; a daughter, Tracey Moore of Columbus; 4 grandchildren, Heather Goff, Taylor (Kayla) Goff, Cody Moore and Hannah Moore.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport is entrusted with the arrangements.
