WILLIAM ""BILL"" HACKER, 43, of Yorkville, died Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Rosewood Manor in Yorkville. He was born September 9, 1965 in Martins Ferry, the son of the late Robert Sindeldecker and Margaret (McGinley) Smith. Bill was a nursing assistant at Rosewood Manor. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was Methodist by faith. Surviving are his wife Tracy Hacker of Yorkville; two step-daughters Brittany and Danielle of the home; and four brothers Chuck of Martins Ferry, Rick of Wooster, OH, Dave of Raleigh, NC and Jim of Baltimore, MD. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 am until the time of Bill's funeral services at 1 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main St. Tiltonsville, with Reverend Tom Thomas officiating.
